The organization’s success depends on the individual's ability to assume the appropriate level of authority and responsibility. This includes effectively managing personnel, consistently cultivating positive relationships with staff, their legal representatives, and the Labour Authority.

  • Be capable of proposing employment policies that enhance labour relations within the organization.
