MTM training

As a member of One-MTM Itemsa offers certified training (International) for the proper and uniform application and dissemination of the MTM standard, through classroom courses, in-company training, webinars and/or E-Leraning courses in any of the MTM systems.

Thanks to our specific MTM training platform, we offer specialised training in the format that best suits the student and/or the employing company:

• Open public courses (either via webinar or face-to-face format).
• In-company training at the client's own facilities, via webinar or in our training rooms (or a mix of those).
• E-Learning: the first exclusive MTM training e-platform in Spanish, which allows students to take the courses at their own pace and design their training itinerary at their own convenience.

In addition, by offering all our MTM training courses through One-MTM, the most relevant international organization, we have important advantages for our clients and students:

• Standardised and internationally certified training.
• Customised itineraries that allow training and certification as a practitioner in one or more MTM systems.
• Continuous updating through refresher courses and recertification.
• Maximum flexibility thanks to the courses in E-learning and webinar format.

One-MTM training itineraries

One-MTM offers the option to create different pathways to become a certified Practitioner in one or more MTM systems:

• The first step is the MTM-1 Base course.
• Once completed, the second step is to choose the area of specialisation (MTM-1, MTM-2, MTM-SD, MTM-UAS, MTM-MEK, MTM-Log or EAWS) and take the specific 40-hour course.
• Upon successful completion, to qualify for practitioner certification, a practical training must be completed with an official instructor. This is a practical training and also lasts 40 hours.
• At the end of the practical training, the instructor will carry out an evaluation or exam which, if passed, will provide the official certification that enables the student to carry out MTM analysis in the chosen system of specialisation.
• The Blue Card (international certification) for each system is valid for 3 years. After this time, a refresher and recertification course must be taken.
• Furthermore, once you are certified in one speciality, to obtain the Blue Card in another MTM technique you only have to take the theoretical course in that speciality and the practitioner course.
