We strengthen our alliance with UPM(Unió Patronal Metal·lúrgica) through different initiatives and activities that we will carry out together in the coming weeks:
New Fatigue Recovery System calculation
On Tuesday 2nd April, Albert Calvo, Technical Director of Itemsa, will be interviewed in the digital magazine Activa’t UPM to discuss the new system developed and licensed by Itemsa for calculating Fatigue Recovery coefficients and personal needs, called ACBOER.
Exclusive presentation of ACBOER System
This new system, which takes into account all aspects to be considered from an ergonomic perspective, will be exclusively unveiled in a webinar with UPM. The calculation of rest coefficients, which includes personal needs and fatigue recovery, is an indispensable component in the study of methods and times of production processes and any other type of process (logistic, administrative, etc.).
Productivity online training session
After the successful training session held at Prodeca to improve the productivity of companies in the alimentary sector, we are holding a training session focused on the metal sector at UPM on the 23rd and 30th of April from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. entitled “Introduction to the need of productivity improvement”, in which, during 6 hours, we will share the bases and techniques of productivity optimisation for real implementation from the strategic approach of optimising the resources that the company already has with the aim of reducing operating costs.
Joint participation at Advanced Factories 2024
As part of our partnership with UPM, we will be part of Advanced Factories 2024, being held in Barcelona from 9 to 11 April. Advanced Factories is the largest International Congress on Industry 4.0 in Southern Europe, where innovative companies in automation, manufacturing, and robotics meet every year alongside technological solutions that boost competitiveness and productivity of new business models in the context of Industry 4.0. as Itemsa and our software Approductivity 4.0.
