Training for Trainers

Workshop Middle Management

How to enhance the communication and coaching skills of middle management (supervisors and technicians within the support structure) to ignite interest and encourage active participation from their subordinates during adult training and coaching sessions. This will aid in the assimilation of knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as promote the development of positive attitudes and behaviours.

In light of intensifying market competition and the recognition that a company is comprised of all its employees, many businesses have implemented or are undergoing the implementation of organizational structures that foster active participation by all individuals to promote engagement.

To involve the essential workforce, the middle management and technicians need to be integrated into the structure as trainers who possess the requisite knowledge and skills to uplift the production team.

The objective of the Training for Trainers course is

To provide an understanding of the fundamental elements that constitute the forms of the new working structure, and the methods used to pique interest and foster the active participation of those involved.

This course is aimed at:

  • Production Structure Managers
  • Production Managers and Supervisors
  • Methods and Time, Logistics, Quality and Maintenance technicians.

To ensure the success of this training, it is essential to train the supervisors and technicians of the support structure in the methodology for transferring knowledge and ideas. This will enable them to cultivate positive attitudes in the relevant individuals.
