This is not possible if the team is not motivated, that is to say that individual and collective behaviour is not sufficient to achieve an adequate goal. This course provides the keys to understanding the keys to both Motivation and its antagonistic concept: Demotivation.

Motivation course goals:

At the end of this motivation course, participants will have acquired the knowledge of the concepts that may motivate their subordinates according to the different theories currently existing and of the elements that must be taken into account in order to avoid demotivation.

This course also describes some of the techniques and procedures to achieve motivation within a company and which role the manager should play.
