How to positively and decisively influence the work of the people of a team, stimulating the acquisition and development of competencies (knowledge, skills, appropriate attitudes and behaviours), maintaining a high motivation level and obtaining the necessary commitment for the effective achievement of the scheduled objectives.

People is the primary resource that Middle Management must focus on, establishing themselves as capable leaders who can forge a united team with a shared goal.

To ensure success, they need to be acknowledged as innate leaders by their staff team. It is essential that Middle Management has adequate capacity to handle productive resources with the goal of attaining the planned outcomes of Quality, Cost, Delivery Time, and Safety.

The objective of the Leadership and Management for Middle Management is:

To acquire the requisite skills in establishing the most suitable management tools and mechanisms to achieve the following goals:

  • Obtaining professional qualifications to lead people, equipment, materials, and work systems.
    Developing interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Understanding the essential elements of how teams function and enhancing the flow of ideas amongst team members.

This course is aimed at:

  • Managers and Middle Managers.
  • Managers, supervisors and team leaders.
  • Future Managers in the Production area.

 

This course has a preparatory phase, which consists of the in-person review of the tasks developed by each of the commands to be trained (4 hours of follow-up by command).
