Production Middle Managers are accountable for delivering the production plan by providing training, ensuring the occupational health and safety of their team members, and maintaining a suitable working environment.

Effective management training is achieved when the manager is acknowledged as a natural leader by their team.

This course includes a preliminary phase that involves an in-person assessment of the duties performed by each participating manager (4 hours of follow-up per manager).
