In today's society, messages and instructions within an organisation must be understood clearly and precisely. One of the competitive advantages of a company consists in showing the most positive features of its product in an efficient way so that customers will perceive their need to use it.

On the other hand, managers require techniques and procedures for the transmission of plans, ideas, instructions and knowledge that enable their staff to perform the tasks assigned to them as efficiently as possible (top-down communication).

The enrichment of a company's overall knowledge by collecting ideas and suggestions from direct staff is an ideal application of bottom-up communication.

This course explains the fundamentals of basic knowledge flows and the most elementary communication techniques.

The objective of the Communication Course is:

To define the different communication systems and to show the key elements for the most accurate flow of information between sender and receiver while avoiding external noise. Participants will be able to get to know the different kinds of language and express sets of ideas through interpersonal communication.
