The objectives of the Refresher course in industrial timing and activity assessment are:

Determine work times using up-to-date timing techniques.
Apply activity assessment criteria accurately and consistently.
Understand the relationship between operating method, activity, and normal time.
Manage incidents, frequent elements, and fatigue factors.
Develop reliable standard times that can be used in incentive systems.
Interpret and produce graphical representations of the work cycle.
Apply best practices specific to the Work Study Technician.
