The need to have increasingly competitive and productive workplaces, and in any case, with adequate ergonomic conditions, creates the need for analysis and evaluation tools that operate in a coordinated manner. To respond to this need, Itemsa offers this ACBOER training (Calculation of rest allowances, based on ergonomic requirements), which can also serve as a complement to the course of Study of Work and industrial timing.

The objective of ACBOER course is:

The objective of the course is to introduce the new ACBOER system, which makes it possible to calculate the rest coefficients to be assigned to the various tasks, based solely on existing ergonomic studies, and to obtain ethical productivity (ethical productivity).

Content

Theoretical part (concepts):
- Objectives and main strengths of the ACBOER system.
- Technical support of the new system of calculation of supplements for Rest, based on ergonomic requirements.
- Guidelines for the performance of a Work Study Technician.
- Procedure for calculating rest allowances based on ergonomic requirements and the corresponding work content.

Practical exercises.
- Verification of the supplements for Rest assigned with the ACBOER system and those that would be obtained with the application of the "industrial timing Tables".
