The MTM-Practitioner Refresh course enables participants to update their previously acquired theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in MTM training. This will allow them to apply this knowledge and skills in the planning, design and optimisation of processes and work systems in order to renew their Blue Card (MTM).

Therefore, it will be mandatory for the candidate to be in possession of the "Blue Card" (MTM), certifying his knowledge of the MTM method and his ability to apply it correctly, as well as the data blocks for which he has obtained official certification.

Objectives of the MTM-Practitioner Refresh training

MTM-Practitioner Refresh training ensures that the skills and knowledge of MTM application are updated on a regular (each three years) basis.

The training will enable students to update themselves on the developments in the teaching and application of the MTM method, the most common application errors so as to avoid them, and the analysis experience gained.

Admission requirements

It is essential to be in possession of a Blue Card (MTM) to be admitted to the MTM Practitioner Refresh Training Program.

Mandatory analysis according to MTMA criteria and specifications is also required and the Blue Card (MTM) must have expired within the last 12 months, otherwise the MTMA Examination Board will assess the training requirements (repetition of training parts, training conditions, etc.) for each individual circumstance.

Certification

The MTM-Practitioner Refresh course is concluded with an examination in the respective MTM data block system and, under exceptional circumstances, an additional oral test may be required.

If the official training exam is successfully passed, the MTM Practitioner is entitled to renew the MTM Blue Card for all systems for which has a successful training certificate.

One-MTM entity grants official qualifications for all MTM courses, which are exclusively instructed by Official Instructors.
