MTM Logistics method is based on how to significantly reduce the logistic activities costs (internal and external) of a Company through the optimization of the methods for manual operation and handling of the means used in their implementation and the assignment –to the improved methods- of the corresponding correct times of execution, through the application of the MTM and the development and implementation of a standards table, to be periodically updated according to the recorded variations in the progress of the data related to the operations included in the mentioned activities.

All MTM courses are taught by Official Instructors and the exams are also official, granting an official title endorsed by the One-MTM, the international MTM organization.
The training material of the courses is provided in digital format or can be sent -on paper- in advance if requested.
