The crucial step is to identify MUDAS (waste) in the existing processes and remain committed to their elimination.

The course is designed to provide practical examples and real-life experiences which can be easily applied. Participants are encouraged to engage in small team projects throughout the training.

 

The objective of the Lean Manufacturing Concepts, Principles and Essential Management Indicators course is to:

  • Second: Utilize middle management from various departments to construct and distribute the concepts of this Program throughout the Company, hence streamlining its implementation.
