Siemens Motion Alstom for creating sector two giants in the energy and transport

The president of the German company Siemens, proposed that two European industrial giants, the French company Alstom, around the areas of energy and transport. According to the deal, Casual, the Germans proposed to keep the energy division of Alstom in return for some cash cede besides its transportation division, which includes the manufacture of high-speed trains, but not their feet.  It remains to determine the effects of the Siemens plans may have on the board of directors of Alstom, inclined to accept the proposal of General Electric (GE), which offers about 10,000 million for the Energy division (essential manufacturing turbines) of the French group, which represents three quarters of the benefit of Alstom.
