The MTM Summit – International Work Forum, organized by the MTM Association that will take place in Berlin on April 22 and 23, 2026, is the leading event for industrial professionals and companies, specializing in productivity, methods and time engineering, work organization, process design, and digital transformation.

Itemsa will present key insights into the application of MTM for optimizing workload balancing

David Calvo will represent Itemsa, with nearly 40 years of experience in applying MTM to productivity improvement projects and the only official One-MTM partner in Spain.

The presentation titled “Finding the right balance: MTM approaches for different assembly scenarios” will focus on the importance of the correct application of MTM techniques for workload calculation and balancing, as well as on the simulation of different production scenarios.

With the support of Approductivity, – software designed to improve productivity and competitiveness through process optimization, production planning and the correct allocation of productive resources,- several solutions adapted to different types of processes will be presented: batch assembly lines, mixed-model assembly lines, assembly lines based on multi-operator stations with cycle times of several hours, and manufacturing or assembly cells.
