The first open EAWS training in Spain will take place from April 15th to 19th. This public course is 40 hours long.

EAWS, an increasingly essential discipline for companies

At Itemsa, we made the decision to open this discipline to the general public due to its relevance and the need for companies to train and qualify their managers and technicians in the assessment of ergonomic risks in their work environment, both in terms of postural loading (static and dynamic), as well as the application of force, movement and repetitive movements in the performance of tasks.

The EAWS (Ergonomic Assessment Worksheet) training consists of the Ergonomic Biomechanical Overload Risk Detection System and is part of the MTM courses we offer, of which, through our partnership with One-MTM, we are the only acredited trainers in Spain to grant the official MTM training certification with international validity.

Itemsa, 35 years providing training for today’s and tomorrow’s companies

After 35 years improving our clients’ productivity and training their teams, we continue to develop and update our training programmes so that, in addition to the official certification of the participants, training contents are always up to date and allow the real application in the company. Our MTM instructors have extensive experience in the field and, in addition to their official and international accreditation, guarantee the highest educational quality.

Albert Calvo, Itemsa’s Technical Director, will be the instructor for this training programme. Besides being Official MTM Instructor, accredited by One-MTM, he is Master in Occupational Risk Prevention, Occupational Health and PRL and Superior Technician in Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology by the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

In addition to the on-site, in-company and distance training of the One-MTM itinerary courses offered by Itemsa, we recently incorporated the online modality through our MTM E-Learning Platform in Spanish so that you can undertake different specialities anytime, anywhere.
