The MTM Summit – International Work Forum, organized by the MTM Association, that took place in Berlin on April 22 and 23, 2026, is the leading event for industrial professionals and companies, specializing in productivity, methods and time engineering, work organization, process design, and digital transformation.

Yesterday, we presented the session “Finding the right balance: MTM approaches for different assembly scenarios” at the MTM Summit 2026.
