MTM Training
MTM systems (from predetermined periods) are usually translated into tables, derived from timekeeping and other procedures that scientifically guarantee an objective measurement of the times and correct working methods, and are therefore recommended by the international labour office (ILO).
With our MTM courses,you will receive training aimed at improving manufacturing costs. This training will equip your employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to optimise any type of process, assigning the improved operations predetermined, correct and enforceable execution times, and, where applicable, elaborating and applying valid time tables for any operation in said field.
Our training will help you to correctly apply the MTM-1 and the other subsystems, helping to substantially reduce the manufacturing costs of those processes (mainly manual) in which it is desirable to have methods with a high level of productivity and very precise times, through the optimisation and simplification of the actions necessary to carry out the work, assigning the corresponding predetermined operations, correct and enforceable execution times; and, where applicable, through the elaboration and implementation of a table of standards, to be periodically updated according to the variations registered in the evolution of the data related to said operations.
The modalities MTM-2, MTM-UAS and MTM- Standard Data significantly shorten the analysis time, reducing the high cost of the MTM-1.

MTM-1 Base

This Introduction to MTM-1 is indispensable and compulsory if you want to attend to any course of another MTM data level and you do not have a MTM Analyst official certificate.

How to reduce manufacturing costs in those processes with preponderant use of manpower, reducing and simplifying –following the definition of the operative method- the necessary motions to carry out the work and assigning them correct and required predetermined execution times. Less laborious and costly than MTM-1.

How to carry out the motions study and assign correct execution times to manual operations, by implementing the MTM-UAS, especially conceived to shorten the MTM-1 analysis time and reduce its high cost, without significant detriment of the required data quality and having complete cycles of motions.

MTM–SD (Standard Data)
How to make the motions study of manual operations, assigning them the corresponding execution times, through the application of the MTM-SD, especially conceived to shorten the analysis time that implies the use of the MTM-1 and reduce its high cost, joining motions that usually go together and reducing the number of decisions to take.

To train students on how to perform MTM analysis and time allocation according to MTM-MEK.

MTM- Logistics
How to significantly reduce the logistic activities costs (internal and external) of a Company through the optimization of the methods for manual operation and handling of the means used in their implementation and the assignment –to the improved methods- of the corresponding correct times of execution, through the application of the MTM and the development and implementation of a standards table, to be periodically updated according to the recorded variations in the progress of the data related to the operations included in the mentioned activities.

EAWS - Ergonomic Assessment Worksheet
It is an ergonomic first level biomechanical overload risk detection system designed to address a comprehensive risk assessment, which means that includes all types of biomechanical risks (static and dynamic postural loading, force application, movements transportation and repeated upper limbs movements) to which an operator is exposed (spine, neck, upper extremities and lower extremities) in the execution of a work task.

MTM-SAM
How to describe the working methods in a quick, clear and easy way -both for those who are performing the analysis and for those who have to interpret it- and assign the correct required predetermined execution times with the precision of MTM systems.
MTM-SAM consists, as its name indicates (Sequence-based Activity and Method analysis), in a sequential analysis of the working methods, which means that the analysis is developed according to how the work is carried out, being, in addition, 30% faster than the MTM-UAS.

MTM-Practitioner
Official exam of the Spanish MTM Association, for those who wish to renew the official MTM qualification previously obtained and which has expired. Before taking the exam it is recommended to do a practical session in the technique willing to be renewed.

MTM-Practitioner Refresh
The MTM-Practitioner Refresh course enables participants to update their previously acquired theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in MTM training. This will allow them to apply this knowledge and skills in the planning, design and optimisation of processes and work systems in order to renew their Blue Card (MTM).
