Training work: in team, on-site and with results

By pilot action we understand the teamwork done at the Customer’s Company by the personnel who take part in a training activity, consisting on the practical application of this training to a specific task they usually perform at their Company.

Which are the objectives of a pilot action? 

a) Guarantee that the knowledge acquired in the development of a training activity is immediately put into practice.
b) Replace, with a similar level of objectivity and approach, a diagnosis of the situation and assessment of the potential for improvement in a plant.
c) Show our Customers, within a short space of time, the quality and the effectiveness of ITEMSA’s actions, highlighting the following:

  • Our total command of the techniques we use.
  • Our capacity to obtain the optimal performance of these techniques.
  • The strength and applicability of our theoretical expositions.
  • Our ability to get people engaged.
  • The effectiveness in the implementations and the accompanying of the Customer, with the aim of achieving the forecasted results and the total satisfaction of the Customer and its internal collaborators.
    We underline the possible following pilot actions for the beginning of a future collaboration con ITEMSA:
  • Order and Cleanliness (5S) at workshops, warehouses and offices.
  • Reduction of time in machine preparation and change of model through the SMED techniques.
  • Improvement of the working methods through MTM techniques.


What is the cost for a pilot action?

 Considering that this is a training activity, it is possible to apply for an official grant or subsidy.
